STOCKHOLM (MarketWatch) -- Norwegian oil company Statoil ASA (STO) Tuesday said it will present plans Wednesday for a joint industry project with Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA).
The company said it and Shell will host two separate press conferences Wednesday, one in Brussels and one in Oslo.
Statoil said the conference in Oslo will be presented at 0830 GMT by Statoil's Chief Executive Officer Helge Lund and the administrative director of Shell Norway, Johan Nic Vold.
The conference in Brussels will be held at 0930 GMT, hosted by senior Shell executive Graeme Sweeney and Statoil's Executive Vice President for health, safety and the environment Nina Udnes Tronstad.
