The President of the High Court has found that Shell Ireland has not breached a court order in relation to certain works on the Corrib pipeline near the homes of the five Rossport men jailed for contempt of court.
Mr Justice Joseph Finnegan said he was satisfied that there were no unauthorised works carried out on the defendants' lands in Co Mayo.
He said the matter of whether there were other unauthorised works in relation to the laying and welding of pipes is a matter between the company and the Government.
