You have had open and frank discussions on the matter in the presence of your legal lady Julia Busby and OSSL legal Marc Fitzgibbon both in London on the 9th of March 2012 in Shells HQ,and in the Burlington Hotel Dublin two months later.

Both meetings called by you .

Since late December 2010 Shell senior management on the Corrib have been aware this problem was outstanding …check you files for emails to Terry Nolan .

The invoices that are not factual …the ones Byrne created and the the ones Foley held meetings about in the Broadhaven Hotel ….in Belmullet …where he authorised them to be paid in their falsified state by Roadbridge to avoid revealing their true content …..ie televisions cookers ect are the invoices that CONFIRM OUR POSITION ON SHELLS INSTRUCTION TO HIDE GIFTS AND SERVICES GRANTED TO LANDOWNERS .

So in summery alcohol invoice correct 21 other invoices not correct involving Jacintas Garden .

Regardless of where we are just now we vote for a end to information releases .
